1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RutinMap mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The service
RutinMap provides tools for personal growth, goal tracking, routines, and community features. Features may change over time. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you must not: violate applicable law; harass others; post unlawful, hateful, or harmful content; attempt to disrupt or probe our systems; scrape or reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law; or use the Services in a way that could harm other users or us.
5. Content and community
You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Services (for example, to host, display, and distribute your content within the app). We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.
6. Subscriptions and payments
If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, payment terms are provided by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and may include automatic renewal until cancelled in your store account settings.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, legal risk, or harm to users or the Services. You may request account deletion as described in the app or our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. RutinMap is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Use of health or activity-related features is at your own discretion.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) where applicable, the minimum amount required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as described in the app or on our website. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
