Is Rutin Map free?
Yes. Rutin Map is free to use with full core features. Optional subscription plans are available for premium features.
Is my data safe?
We take security seriously and use industry-standard protections for your information. For details, read our Privacy Policy.
Which platforms are supported?
Rutin Map is available on iOS and Android. A web version may be offered in the future.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete account. You can also email support@rutinmap.com.
How do I cancel a premium subscription?
iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
You can cancel renewal at any time from your store account.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" to receive a reset link by email. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder.
